Architects? Why, that isn't even in your name. True. Mathers Engineering began offering architectural services many years ago to help fill a need. Many small contractors and drafting firms were having trouble getting permits on smaller projects. They could not afford a full service design firm working on the project; they just needed somebody who could help get them going.
As time went on, we found ourselves becoming the Architect of Record on larger projects. When a developer or somebody needed a basic building, the contractors would send them to us. Because we would also handle the civil and structural designs (coordinate electrical and MEP), the project would go smoothly.
Today, Mathers Engineering is still able to offer a wide array of architectural servicers. Need a home architect to add a small addition? No problem, residential architecture is something we handle daily. Do you need a basic commercial or retail building? Again, we have architects proficient in commercial architecture.
